Kenwood DF380 Deep Fat Fryer Excluding the power connector at the front of the fryer, the DF380 breaks down into just four pieces: lid, basket, bowl, and outside housing. All of these can be safely put into a dishwasher or even immersed in water for easy clean up. We also liked the cool touch walls, a great safety feature if you have young children or elderly parents around. But what we didn't like was not being able to raise and lower the basket with the lid closed. Pros:

The Kenwood DF380 is compact, easy to operate and clean, and does a good job of deep frying just about anything you're likely to throw at it.
