Bonne Cuisine E813 Deep Fat Fryer

As Al Pacino might put it, "Say hello to my little friend". The Bonne Cusine E813 Mini Deep Fat Fryer from Lloytron is about as small as a deep fat fryer can get and still be able to immerse food in oil. At just 1 litre of capacity it is both frugal and portable. It is also ridiculously cheap.

Ok, it's little more than a heated bucket with a temperature dial, but if all you're after is the basics, the E813 will definitely become your faithful cooking companion.

On the plus side the E813 might be small but it packs a respectable 900 watts of power. This is more than sufficient to maintain 1 litre of oil at the correct temperature to prevent soggy chips. Just remember to avoid overloading the basket as this is strictly a single serving fryer.

The controls consist of a variable thermostat and both 'power' and 'temperature' indicator LED lights.

The small basket has a removable handle and there are non slip rubber feet and a hinged lid.
